Directions for completing pdf Excel forms online and submitting by e-mail to MMG office.

Forms available(all in Excel (xl) format):

Travel authorization emergency contact and travel reimbursement
Non-stock order form
Request for Supplies from stores

1. Fill out the form using the tab key or mouse to move from field to field.

2. Save the form:

Click "File" then "Save as"
The desktop is a good place to "Save In"
Type in your last name as the file name
Click Save

3. Close the form

4. Send the saved form as an attachment to an e-mail sent to mic@msu.edu
